Do you have surveillance?

Meathead Mini Storage believes in providing our customers with peace of mind. We have many cameras both inside and outside the facility recording 24 hours a day for your added security. Our facility also has a gate that can only be accessed by authorized users.

Can I buy boxes and other packing products from Meathead Mini Storage?

We offer a variety of packing materials with everything from boxes to bubble wrap and MORE. If you need a special order item that we do not have, make every attempt to get it for you. We are determined to provide you with the best customer service.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?

At least one month prior to your move-in date. Although we understand that certain circumstances (military deployment, moving, etc.) require special attention and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

What security do you offer?

Our facility is monitored and recorded 24 hours a day for your added security and peace of mind. For any further questions, please contact the facility manager.

Do you have moving carts available for use?

Our platform trucks and hand trucks are available for your use (free of charge) during office hours. If you find yourself renting a unit and need a push cart, please let the staff know and they will be happy to assist you.

Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

You can purchase a new lock from us. We only offer the best quality chromed hardened steel locks at a great price. These locks are available in our office.

What are the payment terms?

We encourage AutoPay, which automatically submits your lease payment so you don't have to. This eliminates the chance of ever having any late fees. You select the credit or debit card, sign a form and you're done. You can cancel at any time, allow 30 days for processing. All leases are month-to-month, but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases.

What are the store on pallets?

Though definitely not a requirement storing you items, placing your belongings on pallets allows for even air flow around your stored items and helps keep them clean.
